- Be in charge of sales plan & strategy for the hotel.
- Achieve sales objectives and goals as set by the management.
- Solicit new accounts, maintain and/or increase business of existing accounts.
- Complete assigned sales calls on a daily basis and conduct site inspections.
- Make reports with key corporate accounts.
- Liaise with the corporate sales office on business leads and corporate sales programs.
- Develop a practice of weekly sales call plan in order to help better planning in terms of time management, sales objectives and target customers.
- Monitor monthly results and performance of corporate accounts.
- Communicate effectively to all parties concerned to ensure that the sales function is carried out smoothly.
- Understanding of hotel's market positioning for transient and group market segments.
- Effective sales skills and personal performance; leadership skill.
- Demonstrating self-confidence, energy and enthusiasm.
- Presenting ideas, expectations and information in a concise, well-organized manner.
- Using problem solving methodology for decision making and follow-up.
- Understanding and achievement of team and individual goals.
